![]() We've all heard of the law of attraction but the million dollar question is, what do I really need to do to make it work for me? Like me you may have struggled with the whole manifesting thing and almost given up on it! Do you have a list of things you desire but none of them seem to be showing up? This used to be me but not any more! The thing is you were put on this earth to create and if you ain't creating then you may just need these three things I've learnt along the way that have brought about the biggest shifts in my mindset and boosted my law of attraction skills. These 3 manifesting master tips will help you feel more empowered and clearer about the whole process so you can create your desires and more!! A course in miracles teaches us “Miracles are natural, when they do not occur, something has gone wrong” So if miracles are natural but you still feel stuck in 'mis-creation mode' meaning the things you desire aren't showing up in your life read on! The surrender experiment You want to be a more effective manifestor, right? Let's do the opposite of what we are all taught to do if we want something – Let go! A course in miracles teaches us that “we do not know what is in our own best interest” kind of makes sense! The power that creates worlds knows way better than we could ever know about what is best for us and so this is where I put my faith. When I offer my desires to source I write them down and put them in my God box. I surrender them knowing that if it is in my best interest it will come, if it doesn't come I'm ok with that too because maybe it's not right for me and if there is something different that is better for me then I am open to that. It's all about surrendering! But the ego doesn't like surrender, it wants to control, force & push. It wants certainty and is fearful of letting go and surrendering, it thinks it knows best! Control to the ego is how it continues the belief in separation, that we are separate from source, which is of course impossible, but it wants to keep us in the dark about it to preserve itself. Step 1 Afirm “I surrender my desire to source, if this is in my best interest I gladly welcome it into my experience, if it is not, I allow my greatest & highest good, whatever that may be, to flow easily to me” Let go & get in the flow! Doesn't that feel more empowering than doubting, worrying and wondering when or how it's going to happen? It's all about faith & belief. Release the attachment I really want this to work, I really need this to happen! Ever said this? The ego loves to attach to things, I'll be happy when I get the new car or the only way I can get this is by doing that or the only way to get this is for that to happen. Often desires come to us in the most interesting of ways, nothing like we expect, but you are too busy trying to make things happen a certain way that you are actually blocking it from coming to you. How can you be ok with your desire appearing right in front of you, or just as ok if it doesn't happen? How can you release the attachment? How can you release the attachment of how and when it will come to you. According to the Buddha, the root of suffering is attachment. The way that you can test your attachment to something is to imagine it was taken away from you. Imagine now that the client you love working with decides that they don't want to work with you anymore, or a regular client cancels, how does that make you feel? What does this bring up for you? It's all about letting go. Attachment creates resistance. Surrender creates flow, ask yourself what are my expectations, how am I trying to control this situation. What areas of your life are you attached to a specific outcome? Step 2 “The self that God created, needs nothing. It is forever complete, safe, loved and loving” Quote from ACIM Be happy along the way, this is how things come to you faster! This will probably freak the ego out but sit with it and see what it brings up for you! The ego grasps while the soul receives. Go easy and chill with the whole manifesting process, make your wants want you! The best energy for you to align with when manifesting is the energy of invitation, rather than the energy of wanting or needing. Work out how the law of attraction works for you Your personal human design chart shows you whether you are a specific or non-specific manifester. When I discovered I am a non-specific manifester it changed everything for me. I realised that the traditional specific manifesting practices just didn't work for me, so I switched things up and boom the flow in energy was so different. I felt lighter more in flow knowing that I could be more general. If you are a specific manifester (the bottom right arrow on your chart around the head area points left) then the traditional way of manifesting is for you, you can make specific goals eg I have 10 new clients this month, I make a min of £5000 every month, I have a silver Mercedes Benz, with alloy wheels, leather seats etc etc. Vision boards with pictures of the specific things you desire on there, all of that good stuff. If you are a non-specific manifester (the bottom right arrow on your chart around the head area points right) you will probably know this without looking at your chart because specific goals just don't work for you, they feel icky! You need to think bigger picture, go more general. Your affirmation for a house may be “I have a beautiful home of my own that suits my business and personal needs perfectly” You don't need to know where it is, how many bedrooms It has, you can be way more general. Your vision board will have beautiful pictures and words like love, please, abundance, joy etc. Manifesting for you comes more from a feeling. There you have it, my 3 top tips to help you feel clearer, more empowered in your manifesting practice and understand how to release resistance and manifest your desires more effectively. ![]() The 5 /1 profile. The challenge solver. Your profile is a combination of 2 numbers. The first number is how you see yourself. The second number is how others see you. Think of profile as a costume you wear in this lifetime, an archetypal role that you play out. You may possibly have more in common with someone who has they same profile than you rather than the same type. The 64 gates in human design (based on the 64 hexagrams of the I-ching) each have six lines, giving a deeper understanding of each of the gates. These 6 lines in the hexagram are the basis of human design profile. The 5th line is the heretic (messenger) conscious The 1st is the investigator (teacher) unconscious If you have the larger number first in your profile it means you have a transpersonal karma, which mean as a 5/1 you are here for other people, the 5/1 is the most transpersonal of all the profiles. The 5the line of the heretic has a save the day energy. 5/1's are through and dependable. 5/1's are people who are often projected upon to save or rescue others. People get a sense that you have something potentially helpful that they need and this draws people to you. The key for you as a 5/1 is to only say yes to things that you know you can sort out! Know when to say yes to any calls for help, you don't have to say yes to all of them. If you say yes to helping, guiding or leading others when it's not correct for you, or make commitments you cant live up to, this may harm your reputation and you would hate to disappoint others or let them down. The worst thing for you is not being able to deliver. Don't say yes to things you cant fulfil. Other people will be important to you on your journey, it could be people who are in your life for a long time or a chat with someone whilst out walking your dog, these people have an important role to play in your life. You are for everyone, you have close friends and you can just as happily chat away to someone your just met sitting next to on the train. You are designed to meet new people but it is also important for you to have times of solitude to cultivate your skills so that you can be ready to meet the next crisis that you commit to solving! The 1st line is the investigator, someone who likes to get to the bottom of things, you want to know everything you can about the things that interest you, you may have a ton of books, like courses or seminars, want to take a second degree, you want to learn learn, learn, eventually you'll get to a point where you are an authority in your field, be sure you see yourself as one. Also be wary of “I don't know enough” as an excuse for not putting your work out there, there can be an insecurity about not knowing enough. You are a great researcher of things, if you are putting any work out there into the world you've more than likely researched it really well. Be sure to put it out there! Studying is how you establish a secure foundation, knowledge is how you make sense of the world. The thing is 5/1's love the whole process! 5/1's can be reluctant to show their true selves. Few people only ever get to know a 5/1. They do things differently and often go against the grain but the world doesn't see this in you, they just see the investigator, the one who is always curious. 5/1's are keen observers of the world, being prepared and correct timing is key to your success, follow your strategy & authority.You may feel like you need to be doing something good in the world, solving a problem and helping other people and this is correct for you as long as you select the correct challenges to solve. Click here to book a human design reading, 4 transformation reading or human design plus coaching session! ![]() When I took the 4 transformations training with Jenna Zoe I had two BIG ah-ha moments, one of them was huge (I'll explain more in this blog) In this blog I'm pretty sure I'm going to pique your interest in knowing more about your the four transformations and finding more ease & flow. I believe these four pieces of information are so important to your manifesting practices and to your business, it's how you step into your zone of genius without really having to put in much conscious effort! Let's go! If you've had a reading with me then I will have spoken to you about the 4 arrows around the head area of your chart and how they pertain to consistency, discipline, focus and strategy. If the arrows point to the left then these things are active for you if they point to the right then these things are more passive. For example, if the bottom right arrow points to the right then you are a non-specific manifestor, no need for you to make lists or be specific about what you want to manifest, it's more big picture thinking, step into the feelings of abundance rather than be specific about what you want. The 4 transformations takes this information in the arrows and goes way deeper. It covers digestion, environment, perspective and motivation. By feeding the brain in a way that is right for you (digestion) putting yourself in the right places (environment), seeing through the correct perspective (perspective) and being motivated by the correct things (motivation) then the correct opportunities will present themselves to you. It's like finding ultimate flow, no more trying or forcing, all the things that you're meant to be doing will be more synchronistic. I believe this information is pivotal for your manifesting practices and for the advancement your business (and basically life in general!) Digestion Digestion is what you take in food wise and feeding the brain in the right way for you. Ra, the creator of human design, said that food was the strongest conditioning force in life. If you're not digesting in the right way your brain isn't functioning in the right way. This is the starting point in the 4 transformations. Your digestion type may be difficult to take in and you don't have to go the whole hog and change everything straight away, start with small steps. For example I am indirect light, which means eating out of direct light, evening eating which goes against everything I've ever known! But I try and eat later in the evening and I never eat whilst sitting in direct sunlight. Environment If you're in the right place you can see the right stuff! If you are feeding in the brain the right way the second step is to put yourself in the right places. These are the places you are supposed to spend most of your life (not all of it!) If your environment arrow is left then the correct environment for you should bring out activity in you and spur you into action. If your environment arrow is right being in the right place for you makes you sit back & relax. For example you may be narrow valleys, if this is you you need to be involved in the action, be part of what's going on, you need to feel you're connected with life. Valleys are acoustically tuned they need to be in the thick of it. Narrow valleys need to be very attentive to the sound, focusing in on one specific aspect of whats being said or what you can hear. You will also have an environmental tone, smell taste, outer vision, inner vision, feeling or touch. For example outer vision means that the places you find yourself in needs to look beautiful to you. A pretty looking environment is crucial to you getting ah-ha's. Perspective Perspective is your view on the world, the filter with which you see things through. We all see things through different filters and knowing your correct filter means you can pick up on the things that are most important to you. These are the things you are supposed to be noticing so that when you're motivated correctly you are responding to the right things. This is why we need to get our perspective right so that we can be correctly motivated which is the final part of the four transformations. The good thing with perspective is that we have a transference which means you'll know when that you are in your not-self. In human design your not self is when you are in your conditioned state, you are operating from the lower self version of you, when you are in a fear or ego based state. Knowing this info was my biggest ah-ha moment. My perspective is wanting, I need to be focusing on what people want, but I realised that more than often I was in the not-self theme of survival and focusing on “i don't have enough money”, “how am I going to survive”, “the money I have will soon go” Now I know this if I ever do find myself in survival mode, thinking any of those things I switch back to asking myself what do people want. A game changer for me. Motivation If you are feeding the brain in the right way, putting yourself fin the right places, seeing through the correct perspective and you are motivated by the right things then you truly are in your zone of genius, synchronicities and opportunities will be there for you without you even having to think about it. This is the theory behind the 4 transformations, it's all about you to go out there take the information and practice with it! Motivation is about knowing what is the correct impetus is for you to act, share & do things with others. The second ah-ha moment for me was understanding my motivation is guilt, I need to figure out what needs to be changed or fixed and then go out there and make it happen. If I am sitting on the side-lines and hoping that things will work out for the best, feeling helplessness, hopelessness, it's never going to happen etc then I know I've gone into my not-self and I can shift back to thinking about what do people want and making things happen, another game changer! So there you have it, this is what the 4 transformations reading is all about, perhaps you'll have some major ah-ha moments like I did!
The biggest thing that I got out of knowing this information was to understand when I'm in my not-self and to know what energy or thoughts to shift myself back into to be in the highest (non conditioned) version of myself. If I ever feel myself feeling hopeless or just hoping something will happen for me I shift myself back into thinking what do people want, what needs fixing or changing? And then I go out there and make that happen, no more sitting around hoping for things to happen and feeling hopeless or being in survival mode! Ready to book your 4 transformations reading?
